General objectives:

• To promote respect for the law and knowledge of the justice mechanisms
• To encourage teenagers to be responsible citizens
• To teach them how to defend their rights while also respecting those of the others
• To help them understand the aspects discussed on the previous days from a legal perspective (respect of dignity and of each individual's right to free development, equality and non-discrimination - including on the labour market, protection of private and family life, condemnation of drug trafficking/illegal consumption)

Operational objectives:

• O1 - To identify the main citizens' rights and obligations in the light of the respect for personal dignity and freedom using the constitutional provisions as a starting point
• O2 - To know that equality means respect for differences and to identify the legal dimensions of equality (equality in front of the law and of the public authorities, (direct, indirect, positive) non-discrimination, equality of opportunities and to identify possible situations of breach)
• O3 - To know their main employment-related rights and to identify possible situations of discrimination which may occur on the labour market
• O4 - To recognise the meaning of facts such as domestic violence, harassment, sexual harassment, procuring, prostitution, contamination with sexually transmitted diseases or other crimes and to know how they are punished by criminal law
• O5 - To be able to identify the relevant legislation when they think that one of their rights was violated and the bodies to whom they must turn in this case (especially the Romanian Police and the National Anti-discrimination Council).

Methods: Brainstorming, presentation, discussion, case study, transposition into short plays/lyrics/collage of the assimilated messages

Materials: codes of law, power-point presentation, post-it, flipchart, markers
